Strategic Plans need to be revised and upgraded, KPI’s need to be recorded, measured and verified with the results of the implemented strategies for further fine tuning.

Waste contractors will also be a major part of this implementation; there are specific contractors that have systems already developed for integration into your facility. Coordination, information and effective control play major roles in establishing the system, but once in place, the returns will show in rating and low landfill costs.

Wraight Property has been providing building management services for the Fairfax Data Centre at Pyrmont for the past five years. They have provided and designed the BMS system to alert my staff to issues with environmental systems and escalate these in a timely fashion to senior staff at Fairfax. Over the years, the system has continually evolved and been developed to suit the requirements of our business, and Nigel has proven to be both capable and flexible in delivering a quality service and product. The system has proven to be both accurate and reliable, with at least two or three major incidents being detected and escalated by the system Wraight Property has installed.
